Julian Van Erlach is the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Fulfillment, and Logistics at FabFitFun. Julian has over fifteen years of experience in the retail industry, overseeing supply chain, sourcing, logistics, planning, merchandising operations, IT, BI, and engineering.
Prior to joining FabFitFun, Julian was the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Distribution, Logistics, Inventory Management, and Allocation at Vitamin World from August 2016 to August 2019. Julian was responsible for leading the company's supply chain operations and overseeing the distribution, logistics, inventory management, and allocation departments.
Before Vitamin World, Julian was the Senior Vice President/COO at Discover Books from August 2013 to August 2016. At Discover Books, they were responsible for leading the company's supply chain, sourcing, logistics, planning, merchandising operations, IT, BI, and engineering departments.
From November 2011 to October 2012, Julian was the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Network Operations and Strategy at Harbor Freight Tools. Julian was responsible for leading Harbor Freight's Global Supply Chain including import logistics, 3 million SQF distribution operations, domestic logistics, engineering, analytics, maintenance, and customs compliance.
From November 2008 to November 2011 Julian was the Vice President of Inventory Management Planning and Allocation at RadioShack. In this role they oversaw space planning, pricing and inventory control for RadioShack's nationwide store fleet.
From September 2006 to November 2008 Julian was the Group Vice President of Planning, Allocation and Inventory Control for Gabes. Julian was responsible for leading Gabes' planning and allocation team as well as managing inventory control and field merchandising for over 500 stores nationwide.
From November 2004 to September 2006 Julian was the Group Vice President of Distribution/Fulfillment and Logistics at Musicland Group Inc. In this role they oversaw Musicland's distribution and fulfillment operations as well as the company's logistics department. Julian also managed inventory levels for over 1,000 stores nationwide.
Julian Van Erlach has a MBA from New York University in Finance and International Business. Julian also has a BS/BA from Penn State University in Pre Medicine-Psychology. Julian is certified from Villanova University in Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma.
Julian Van Erlach reports to Michael Broukhim, Co-Founder & Co-CEO. They are on a team with Katie Echevarria Rosen Kitchens - Editor in Chief & Co-Founder, David Hembree - VP, Engineering, and Khelan Bhatt - VP, Engineering.
