Matthew Rostetter

Matthew Rostetter is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in graphic design and leadership roles. As the founder of CompostNow since August 2011, Matthew has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and a commitment to sustainability. Previously, Matthew served as a Senior Graphic Designer at Red Hat from August 2019 to May 2023, and held positions as Art Director at French/West/Vaughan and Senior Designer/Junior Art Director at Capstrat, where responsibilities included managing rebranding projects in the medical, pharmaceutical, and engineering sectors. Matthew began the career as a Graphic Designer at Geometry Global and holds a BFA in Art with a concentration in Graphic Design from East Carolina University, earned from 2001 to 2004.
