David MacDonald

David Macdonald is a Power Electronics Engineer with experience in developing β-Ga2O3 FETs and high-power diamond FETs for high-frequency and high-power operations. Previous roles include Device Engineer at Clas-SiC Wafer Fab Ltd and Research Assistant at the University of Glasgow. Macdonald holds a PhD in Nanotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
