John Jovalusky

John Jovalusky is an experienced Field Application Engineer currently promoting Automotive grade devices and Silicon Carbide power devices at Diodes Incorporated since December 2025. With a robust background in power semiconductor technologies, John previously served as a High-voltage, high power FAE for SiC & GaN devices at Arrow Electronics, assisting design engineers in selecting optimal semiconductor components. Prior roles included positions at Magnachip Semiconductor as a Field Sales Engineer and Sr Field Applications Engineer, and as a Product Marketing Staff Engineer at STMicroelectronics, where technical support was provided to the sales force. John also gained experience as a Senior Engineer at Transphorm Inc. and as a Technical Marketing Manager at Qspeed Semiconductor. Earlier career positions included roles at Power Integrations and Delta Electronics, with a foundational education from Pima Community College.
