Jeffrey Rogers

Jeffrey Rogers is a seasoned professional in the fields of data and analytics, with extensive experience across several leadership roles. Currently serving as the Business Lead for Data and Analytics at Compoze Labs since April 2024, Jeffrey previously held multiple positions at Concord from May 2012 to April 2024, including Field CTO and Director of Data Management. Jeffrey's expertise encompasses hybrid architecture, cloud migrations, and API-led architecture, demonstrated through successful projects with MuleSoft and various integration solutions. Prior roles include TIBCO Developer and Integration Consultant, where Jeffrey contributed to complex integrations in the oil and gas sector and supply chain optimization projects. A Macalester College graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Physics, Jeffrey began a career as a Circuit Designer at Molex and has a proven track record in team management and client delivery.
