François Grandjean

Application Engineer at CompPair

François Grandjean is an Application Engineer at CompPair. Prior to joining CompPair, François was a Thèse de master at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne | LPAC from March 2021 to August 2021. François was also an Assistant de Travaux Pratiques - Métaux et Alliages at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from October 2019 to December 2019, where they were charged with leading a practical work on "thermal treatment of steels", as part of the Metals and Alloys course for second-year Bachelor students. From July 2018 to August 2018, François was a Stage au laboratoire des matériaux de construction (LMC) at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne, where they assisted doctoral students and engineers in preparing concrete samples, conducting mechanical tests and handling machinery. François has also been an Étudiant assistant at Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne from February 2017 to June 2020, and a Stage Advanced Materials at TAG Heuer from September 2020 to February 2021.

François Grandjean received a Master's degree in Science et Génie des Matériaux from the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne. François also holds a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school. François has a Baccalauréat Scientifique with a mention of "Très Bien" from Lycée Saint Michel de Picpus.
