Sayeed Rahman

Sayeed Rahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in federal business development and capture management. Currently serving as the Senior Director and Fed/Civ Capture Manager at CompQsoft since May 2025, Sayeed focuses on strategic captures of federal contracts aimed at digital modernization for key agencies, including the Departments of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS). Prior roles include Business Development and Capture Director at RELI Group, Inc., where Sayeed managed GWAC/Agency IDIQ captures, and Capture Senior Director for Intelligence and Homeland Security at General Dynamics Information Technology, where a successful $99 million contract with DHS was secured. Additional noteworthy positions include Executive Director for Capture Management at ManTech, achieving a $10 billion contract for the Defense Health Agency, and Capture Director at Anthem, Inc., contributing to a major subcontract win.
