Lauren Laurore, LCSW, is an experienced social worker and program manager with a focus on relationship counseling and community engagement. Since May 2019, Lauren has held the position of Program Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island while concurrently serving as a Social Worker with Comprehensive Counseling LCSWs. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Programming and Community Engagement Coordinator at the Long Island Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence from March 2011 to May 2019, and Youth Development Specialist at Family Service League of Long Island from September 2010 to March 2011. Early career experience includes work as a Counselor at the Boys & Girls Club from July 2006 to March 2011. Lauren holds a Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Arts from St. John's University.
