Billie is the Chief Strategy and Risk Officer for Absher Construction and has over 25 years of experience in strategy, M&A, enterprise risk, and technology. Billie also services as an Independent Corporate Board Director, an advisory board member for higher education, and has many years of serving Tacoma/Pierce County non-profit organizations.
