Tamas Neltz

Tamas Neltz is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer and Backend Tech Lead at CompStak® since July 2018, Tamas focuses on implementing technical solutions that enhance collaboration across engineering teams while preserving individual autonomy. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer at CompStak®, where Tamas led the creation of a complex data processing pipeline, and Senior Software Engineer at Troops, where Tamas helped build a data synchronization tool between Salesforce and Slack APIs.
