Lauren Schneider

Lauren Schneider has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles in communications and public relations. Lauren is currently working at Compt as the Head of Communications since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Senior PR and Communications Manager at Compt from February 2022 to February 2023. Before joining Compt, Lauren worked at Red Rooster PR, where they held the positions of Public Relations Account Director in December 2021 and Senior Public Relations Manager from August 2021 to November 2021.

Lauren's experience in public relations started in 2018 when they joined Keystone Fire and Security as a Public Relations and Social Media Coordinator. Lauren also held the same role at Communication Systems Integrators, LLC, Marco Protection Systems, LLC, and KPI Group USA, LLC. Lauren'srole at Keystone Fire and Security ended in August 2021.

Prior to transitioning into PR, Lauren gained experience in journalism. Lauren worked as a Multimedia Journalist at Tribune Media from February 2017 to February 2018, and at Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. from June 2015 to February 2017. Lauren also had a brief stint as a News Anchor/Reporter at Cronkite News in 2015 and as an Intern at CBS 3 / CW Philly in 2014.

Lauren Schneider completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, with a minor in Romanian, from the Arizona State University Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. Lauren studied Broadcast Journalism during their time there, from 2011 to 2015.

Afterward, Lauren pursued further education and enrolled at the Arizona State University Watts College of Public Service and Community Solutions. Lauren successfully obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Criminal Justice, completing their studies from 2015 to 2018.

Additionally, Lauren Schneider obtained certifications in Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing from the HubSpot Academy in August 2020.
