Chris Wheeler

Chris Wheeler has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Chris started their career in 2011 with the United States Air Force, where they served as an Aerial Gunner until 2015. Chris then transitioned into the role of Information Technology Help Desk Manager and served in that position from 2016 to 2019. After retiring from the Air Force in 2019, Chris worked as a Field Service Technician at CompuCom for a brief period. Chris then joined Pomeroy as a Deskside Support Technician in 2020 and later moved on to CompTech Computer Technologies, where they currently hold the position of Information and Account Manager since 2021.

Chris Wheeler's education history includes a degree in Information Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied from 2011 to 2021. Chris then pursued a degree in Cybersecurity from Western Michigan University, specializing in computer Science and Business, from 2021 to 2026.

In addition to their degrees, Chris has obtained certifications such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2021, the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in an undisclosed year, and the CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in March 2016.
