Ashley Graham

Ashley Graham is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Comptoir Group since February 2023, Ashley oversees operational leadership for ten sites across the UK. Previous roles include Area Manager and Operations Manager at Prezzo Trading Limited and Operations Manager at Fat Teds, where Ashley was recognized as the winner of Eat Out Norfolk's Best Street Food Business in 2021. Additional experience includes management positions at Zizzi Restaurants, BrewDog, ASK Italian, TGI Fridays, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Ashley holds an HND in Hotel, Catering & Institutional Management from the University of Gloucestershire and a National Diploma in Hotel, Catering, and Institutional Operations from Pembrokeshire College.
