Justin's career began at Matrix Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, focusing on public sector analyses and policy recommendations. Subsequent positions include serving as Compensation and HR Analyst at Greyhound Lines, Inc., and Senior Compensation Analyst at Intellectual Ventures, where Justin developed compensation strategies amid shifting regulations. As Director of Compensation at Big Fish Games and later at Product Madness, Justin managed compensation programs across multiple locations, ensuring competitive and equitable pay. Currently, Justin serves as the Founder and CEO of Compensation Tool, reflecting a deep expertise in the field.
