Michael Parks

Michael Parks currently serves as Revenue Administrator VI in the Compliance Department at the Comptroller of Maryland since April 2024. Previously, Michael was an Insurance Professional at Mullen, Andersen and Associates, where responsibilities included office operations and compliance training. As the Director of Field Support Services at Polaris Home Loans, Michael managed training and compliance departments to ensure adherence to guidelines. Michael held the position of Vice President of Central Mortgage Operations at Mariner Finance, overseeing mortgage operations and enhancing efficiency through CRM implementation. Prior roles include Vice President of Processing & Strategic Initiatives at Carrington Mortgage Services and Sr. Vice President of Operations at Citi, contributing to strategic management and operational excellence. Michael graduated with an Associate's degree in Psychology from Kaplan College in 1992.
