Jeffery Ampomah Nyantakyi

Jeffery Ampomah Nyantakyi has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Jeffery Ampomah started their career as an intern at IPMC Service Centre, where they provided stable operation of Local Area Network for clients and installed various operating systems. Jeffery Ampomah then worked as a Systems Technician at Posh Internet Café, where they maintained a stable LAN and provided technical support and troubleshooting for users.

After that, Jeffery worked as a System Administrator at McJones Energy, where they ensured a stable LAN/WAN, configured peripherals, and troubleshooted reported problems. Jeffery Ampomah also collaborated with the administrative officer to implement internet data usage strategies that reduced data consumption by 60%.

Jeffery then joined REISS & CO (Gh) LTD as a Sales Executive, where they interfaced with senior staff and project managers on procurement solutions. Jeffery Ampomah also provided customers with competitive quotations for IT products and effectively communicated with clients on technical issues. Jeffery Ampomah represented the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.

Currently, Jeffery is working at Compu Ghana LTD as a Product Manager| Pre Sales, where they support the sales team on technical issues, collaborates with customers to devise effective solutions, and advises them on product recommendations.

Jeffery Ampomah Nyantakyi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Ghana Technology University. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2012, they obtained a Diploma in Systems Engineering from IPMC.

In addition to their formal education, Jeffery has acquired several certifications.
