Olga Antelo

Olga Antelo has held a variety of roles in the past 6 years. In 2021, they began working as a Client Success Manager at Relay, where they are responsible for building client relationships, servicing and recommending solutions to customers and working with web-based technologies. Olga also serves as an Account Administrator/Billing Specialist. From 2019-2021, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at AmWINS Group Benefits. From 2015-2019, they were an Administrative Coordinator at Res/Title, Inc.

Olga Antelo is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Rhode Island College, which they began in 2018. In June 2022, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
