Paul Gagnier

Paul Gagnier is the current General Counsel at Compucom. Prior to that, they served as the Global General Counsel and Secretary at ACN, Inc. from June 2009 to June 2016. As General Counsel, they were responsible for day-to-day management of legal and compliance matters in 26 markets in the Americas, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, and supervision of a 25-person team. Paul was also a member of the Global Management Team.

During their time at ACN, Paul made significant accomplishments including managing the introduction of 50+ new telecommunications, energy, and home security services. Paul also supervised new country launches in Europe, North America, and Asia. Additionally, they were a member of a 4-person team that developed and launched a new nutritional and personal care products business line in the European market. Paul was directly involved in all aspects of the project, including product selection and formulation, e-commerce platform development, product positioning and marketing, and legal and regulatory compliance. This resulted in first-year revenue of €15 million.

Paul also successfully resolved major consumer protection investigations by governmental agencies in Europe, United States, and Asia. Paul negotiated over $250 million in new and replacement credit facilities at competitive rates to finance corporate initiatives and compensate investors. Lastly, they restructured the global legal function to harmonize processes and reorient human and financial resources from a local geographic focus to a global functional approach.
