Paul Gagnier

Paul Gagnier is the Chief Legal Officer & SVP at Compucom since August 2017. Prior to that, Paul held the position of Lead Commercial Counsel at Office Depot from May 2019 to December 2021. With a background in law, Paul has also worked at The Norton Law Firm as Of Counsel, as a Senior Legal Executive independently, and as the Global General Counsel and Secretary at ACN, Inc. Paul also has experience as the General Counsel - Europe at ACN, Inc. Paul began their legal career as a Partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP and as an Associate at BakerHostetler LLP. Paul holds a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, a BA in Political Science and Spanish Literature from the University of Rochester, and studied at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
