Shelly Matlock-Lumus

Shelly Matlock-Lumus has over 20 years of work experience in various technical support and management roles. Shelly began their career as an Electronic Technician at Taft Broadcasting in 1985. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Lead Computer Technician and Desktop Consultant at EMCO Technologies. Shelly then joined EMCO Technologies as a Technical Support Manager in 1999 and managed a team of technicians and help desk personnel. In 2002, they worked as a Lead Client Migration Specialist at BDS. From 2003 to 2006, they served as a Hardware Technician at NCR Corporation, where they installed and configured workstations and performed troubleshooting tasks. Shelly then joined CompuCom in 2006 and held various roles, including Technical Support Analyst, Desktop Management Operations Analyst, and Team Lead/Project Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Energy Transfer as a Senior Technical Support Technician.
