Kelly Adels Hess has worked in the non-profit sector for over 20 years. Kelly began their career in 1998 as the Director of Development for Gilda's Club, where they created an organization for Dallas, Texas and worked with a Board of Directors to make it a reality. In 2000, they joined AIDS Foundation Houston as Vice President of Development. Since 2011, they have been the CEO and Vice President of Business Development at CompuCycle Inc., Houston's first R2 Certified, EPA accredited electronics recycling facility. In their role, they are passionate about educating the community on responsible e-waste recycling and cultivating new community-minded business.
Kelly Adels Hess attended Bellaire High School from 1990 to 1993. Kelly then attended Southern Methodist University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Psychology.
