Gaurav Gosavi has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Gaurav started their career at Bravens Inc. in 2010, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition professional, responsible for contacting candidates, managing their pipelines, and collaborating with client account managers. Gaurav then joined eTeam in 2015 as a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, where they focused on becoming a supplier of choice for clients and employees. In 2016, Gaurav worked at Parallel HR Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Technical Recruiter, handling contract and full-time requirements, while maintaining regular communication with client account managers. Later in 2016, they joined Compunnel Software Group, Inc. as a Senior Talent Acquisition specialist, contributing to their success as a global leader in IT consulting and staffing. In 2020, they worked at Applicantz and Unisys India as a Talent Acquisition Lead, showcasing their expertise in partnering with organizations to explore possibilities and facilitate their evolution through technology.
