With a career spanning over a decade in software licensing and technology consulting, Joel has developed expertise in enterprise-grade software solutions, Microsoft Office 365, and Dynamics CRM. Joel holds a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2009 and 2012.
