Chidam Subramanian

Chidam Subramanian is the Group Financial Controller leading CompuLynx’s group finance organization, including acquisitions, treasury activities, tax planning, stock pricing, accounting and reporting, and internal audit and investor relations.

Chidam joined CompuLynx in 2019 with over 26 years of experience spanning business optimization, corporate finance, treasury, and corporate development. Most recently, Chidam served as Finance Director at a Tours and Travel Company, a role he had grown into starting from an Account. With more than two decades at Somak Travel Ltd. Chidam led the design of the optimum capital structure and financial strategy for the company keeping in mind capital expansion for the existing business, investment in new projects, and short-term cash optimization.

Chidam holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Financial Accounting & Auditing) from the University of Bombay, India, and a Diploma in Computer Management from Datapro Information Technology, Bombay, India. Among other professional affiliations, Chidam has served in the capacity of Chairman of “Stray Group of Cricket Club” in Kenya, South Indian Cultural Society of Kenya, and Kerala Association of Kenya in addition to serving as Treasurer for Cricket Kenya.
