Rebecca Carroll

Rebecca Carroll is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and strategic planning. Currently serving as Group Financial Controller at Williams Racing since January 2025, Rebecca previously held the same title at Oak Furnitureland from May 2022 to December 2024. Prior to these roles, Rebecca was Head of Finance and Corporate Finance Controller at Recycling Technologies Ltd between August 2019 and April 2022. Earlier in the career, Rebecca spent over six years at RWE Generation SE, advancing to UK Finance Change Manager while also serving as Senior Finance Analyst for forecasting, planning, and reporting. Rebecca's finance expertise is further bolstered by a history of managing change projects at RWE npower. Academic qualifications include an ACA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) in Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
