Julie Elmore

Julie Elmore is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Customer Advisory Board Member at Computacenter since 2022, Elmore previously held the position of EVP Global Chief Technology Officer at Global Payments Inc. from 2023 to 2025. As the Chief Technology Officer at Dollar General from July 2018 to 2023, Elmore guided strategic direction and development plans to enhance competitive advantage for a major retailer with over 19,000 stores in the U.S. Prior to this, Elmore spent 16 years at Macy's in various executive roles, including Vice President of Engineering, Fulfillment, Logistics, and Optimization, where Elmore was instrumental in shaping technology strategy and operations. Earlier experience includes significant positions at Motorola, overseeing manufacturing and distribution fulfillment operations. Elmore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Technology from Mercer University and a Chief Data and AI Officer Certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.
