Ellen Mowinckel Daleng

Ellen Mowinckel Daleng is a seasoned professional in digital work design and agile practices, currently serving as a Digital Work Design advisor and department manager at Computas AS, where Ellen leads an autonomous team of specialists. With a strong background in process management, requirements engineering, and business analysis, Ellen has contributed to significant projects such as the SAFIR project at Skatteetaten, focusing on the transition of special taxes to the Tax Administration. Ellen has also held roles as a consultant for major organizations, including Braathens IT and Telenor, where expertise in Confluence, Jira, and collaboration tools was shared. Ellen's academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
