Anuj Kumar

Anuj Kumar is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the BPO and business services sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Computer Age Management Services Limited since June 2016, Anuj has held multiple senior roles including President & CEO and Deputy Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this, Anuj was General Manager for India & South Asia at Concentrix, following IBM's divestiture of its Customer Care BPO business. Anuj led IBM's Global Process Services in India & South Asia from 2011 to 2014 and previously held senior positions at IBM Daksh, where responsibilities included managing the India Domestic business strategy. Early career roles include leadership positions at ICICI Billjunction Payments, Escorts Finance Ltd, Blow Plast Limited, and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. Anuj holds a PGDM in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from BIT Mesra.
