Rui Zhao

Rui Zhao is an experienced public health professional specializing in epidemiology and data analytics. Currently serving as a Database Architect at CAI since December 2023, Rui previously worked as an Epidemiologist at Blu Omega, providing analytical support for state immunization registries under the H-CORE CDC/HHS grant, and at the California Department of Public Health, focusing on COVID-19 vaccination efforts. Rui's earlier roles include leadership positions at Louisville Metro Government, where responsibilities included overseeing pandemic response and improving workflows in communicable disease programs.
