Ms. Ng Ka Yan, Karen, the Group’s General Manager of Enterprise Software, leads the operations of the Group’s Software division and the growth of its enterprise management software line-up, from strengthening the market presence to expanding product offerings. Joining the Group in 2019, Ms. Ng brought in 20 years of extensive business experience from international software and solution companies. Ms. Ng graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree of Arts and a Master Degree of Science.
