Mr. Poon Chi Shing, Anthony, the Group’s Assistant Vice President of Managed Services, joined the Group in 2003 and is in charge of the Managed Services under the Group’s Solutions Services. Mr. Poon graduated from City University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor Degree in Computing Science.
