Al Kossow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Al started their career as a Software Engineer at Simulation Technology in 1979 and later worked as a Systems Support Engineer at the Medical College of Wisconsin from 1980 to 1982. Al then joined Advanced Electronics Design in 1984 as an Engineer before moving on to Apple Computer in 1986, where they held the position of Senior Engineer until 2005. In 2005, they briefly served as a Software Consultant at Android, Inc. before joining the Computer History Museum in 2006 as a Software Curator.
