Emily Parsons has a diverse range of work experience. Emily most recently worked at the Computer History Museum, where they served as a Marketing Manager, responsible for reporting on reach and engagement for virtual events, writing blog articles and social media posts, and providing administrative support. Prior to this role, they were a Content and Program Coordinator at the museum, contributing to various initiatives and assisting with the application and review processes for an event. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher/Content Developer at the museum.
Emily also gained experience as an Intern at SPH Media, Inc., where they focused on research and content creation for a children's entertainment start-up. Emily served as a Senior Fiction Editor at Westwind, UCLA's Journal of the Arts, leading a team in evaluating fiction submissions for the literary journal and advising staff members on editing accepted pieces.
