Nicole Blue has a diverse work experience with a focus on IT support and management. Nicole started their career at Computer Integration Technologies, Inc. (CIT) as an IT Support Desk Engineer in 2023. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2023, they worked at Towson University, first as an IT Support Desk Manager where they gained expertise in troubleshooting various technical issues and managed a team of 16 student employees. Additionally, they served as an Office Assistant to the Dean of Science and Mathematics, where they performed administrative tasks and developed strong organizational skills. In 2018, they also worked as an Assistant Youth Soccer Coach at Charles County Parks and Recreation, during which they honed their leadership abilities and demonstrated a talent for identifying individuals' strengths.
