Rob Cramer

Rob Cramer has extensive experience in the field of technology and support services. Rob began their career as a PC Coordinator at Northwestern College of Chiropractic in 1992, where they handled the installation and maintenance of network servers and provided user training. Rob then worked as a Business Analyst at American Express Tax & Business Services, where they provided remote support and upgraded servers and workstations. In 1998, they joined Ameriprise Financial Services as a Business Analyst II, where they assisted in establishing connections with outside services and played a role in planning the building network for their headquarters. In 2000, Rob joined Computer Integration Technologies, Inc. (CIT) as a Field Services Engineer, providing onsite support for customer networks and installations. Rob subsequently held roles as Technical Operations Supervisor, Managed Services Manager, Director of Managed Services, and currently serves as the Director of Services. In these positions, they have been responsible for leading service teams, setting direction, implementing policies, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Overall, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing technology services and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Rob Cramer completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with an emphasis in Management and Data processing from Pacific Union College. Rob attended the college from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained the Microsoft 365 Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification from Microsoft in June 2021.
