Rafe Spaulding

Rafe Spaulding has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. From 1992 to 1997, they were the Owner/Operator of A+ Computers, where they worked on the custom construction and repair of new and used IBM and compatible computers. This included hardware/software troubleshooting and installation.

From 1997 to present, Spaulding has been employed at Computer Logistics Corporation. Rafe began as the Chief Operations Officer / Chief Technology Officer, where they implemented and managed complete automation of Tech support services via ConnectWise Automate/Control/Manage from previous RMM Tool. Rafe also implemented a full migration of On-Premises servers to Azure cloud for not only the company, but for many of their clients.

Spaulding then moved into the role of Chief Information Officer, Technical Services Manager, where they planned, organized, and directed the activities of the Technical Services Staff. Rafe supervised the work of Technical Services staff by facilitating and tracking project status, identifying problems and issues, allocating appropriate resources, and ensuring that technical support services were completed on schedule and at the highest levels of quality. Rafe also planned and managed assigned projects to ensure they were completed on time, within budget, and within scope of work.

Finally, Spaulding was a Senior Systems Engineer, where they performed all aspects of computer repair and implementation. This included networking large and small networks along with design and implementation. Rafe also designed, installed/migrated many Server and Storage system implementations including Windows Server 2000 / 2003 / 2008 / 2008R2 / 2012R2 along with Exchange 2000 / 2003 / 2007 / 2010 / 2013 including Microsoft Office 365.

Rafe Spaulding attended Bryan Station Senior High from 1980 to 1984, where they earned a Diploma in Computer Science.
