Syed Jawwad Ahmed

Syed Jawwad Ahmed is a highly experienced reservoir engineering professional with a strong background in reservoir simulation and modeling. Currently serving as a Staff Reservoir Simulation Engineer at Computer Modelling Group, Syed is involved in helium gas extraction modeling and field development projects, including significant work on heavy oil reservoirs in Colombia. Prior roles include positions as a Reservoir Engineering Consultant at Baker Hughes and a Reservoir Engineering Associate at RPS, where Syed conducted integrated reservoir modeling studies across North Africa and South America. Syed's extensive experience encompasses management and technical consulting for multiple reservoir development projects at Petro-Explorers Inc., as well as lead engineering roles at United Energy Pakistan and ADNOC. Syed holds a Master of Engineering degree specializing in Reservoir Characterization from the University of Calgary and a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals.
