Steve Mwangi has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as a Networks and Security Engineer at Computer Revolution Africa Group since January 2018, where responsibilities include handling internal and external support calls and performing preventive maintenance on PCs, laptops, and servers, with a capability to support networks and firewalls as needed. Prior to this role, Steve held multiple positions at Ipsos as an IT Support Intern and at United States International University - Africa as a Data Entry Clerk and IT Support Intern, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical support and data management from September 2014 to December 2015.
