Bob Ganz

Bob Ganz is a seasoned IT management professional with extensive experience in incident, problem, change, and release management. Currently serving as Sr. Infrastructure Manager - ITSM at CSI since April 2016, Bob oversees a diverse team managing over 1500 devices supporting critical banking applications. Previous roles include leadership positions at various organizations, such as Director of IT at Chuhak & Tecson, P.C. and Senior Technology Infrastructure & Operations Manager at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., where Bob led comprehensive IT operations. In addition, Bob has been an active Non-Profit IT Strategist, assisting charities with technology strategies since 1993. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, an Executive Management Certificate from the University of Notre Dame, and an MCSE certification.
