Sarah DeFord has extensive experience in customer support and management, currently serving as Vice President of Customer Support Core Services at CSI since September 2014. Prior roles at CSI include Director of Customer Service and Relationship Manager. From January 2001 to September 2014, Sarah held the position of Manager of Customer Service at Bank of Springfield. Education includes ongoing studies at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Lincoln Land Community College.
