Tim Thurman

Tim Thurman has a comprehensive work experience with various roles and responsibilities. Tim started their career at Convergys in 1990, where they held numerous positions until 2005. Tim then became the Director of Program Management, responsible for managing IT relationships for 20 Cable and Broadband accounts. In 2007, they were promoted to Director of Strategic Program Management, where they managed customer care outsourcing and IT relationships for a top 10 Cable and Broadband client. In 2009, they were promoted to Vice President of Program Management, leading a key portion of the telecom customer care outsourcing business. This role included managing Convergys' fourth largest client and generating approximately $100M in annual revenue. In 2011, Tim joined Sigma Systems as the Regional Director for the U.S., accountable for professional services revenue growth, P&L, and client satisfaction. Finally, in 2015, they joined CSI as the Vice President of Project Implementations.

Tim Thurman, MBA, received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Western Kentucky University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Later, they completed their MBA from Xavier University in 1996.
