Niki Deanda

Niki Deanda is an experienced Senior Training Developer at Cloud Lake Technology since August 2020, and a Sr. Training and Curriculum Specialist at both KTG and CTC, Inc. since December 2017 and March 2005, respectively. Niki manages and implements a worldwide training curriculum for the Department of State Bureau of International Information Programs, focusing on web content management systems and contact relationship management software. This role includes providing training to a diverse audience from 200 countries, developing best practices for Digital Media to support Public Diplomacy, and creating tailored training curricula for web managers. Niki holds a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Media Design from Full Sail University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Coppin State University.
