Mitchell Zoll is a seasoned attorney and founder of Zoll Firm, PLLC, which focuses on business litigation, formation, contract drafting, and real estate transactions. Currently serving as Section Secretary and Chair of the Tech Competence in Practice Working Group at the Computer & Technology Section of the State Bar of Texas, Mitchell Zoll works on helping Texas attorneys enhance their technical competence. Previous experience includes roles as an attorney at Cokinos Young and Strasburger & Price, where expertise in litigation was developed. Earlier career positions included a law clerk at the Travis County Attorneys Office, a policy analyst for the Texas Senate Education Committee, and a business process consultant at Accenture. Mitchell Zoll holds a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and a B.A. in Business Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
