Tochukwu Sunday Onodu began their work experience in 2008 with Shontest Technologier Limited, where they focused on communication, networking, electrical and electronics installations, and oil and gas projects. In 2016, they joined CWG PLC as a Data Center Engineer, responsible for incident resolution, service level agreement adherence, and application support. In 2017, they moved to MTN Nigeria as a Data Center Engineer, where they continued to coordinate support teams, monitor service level agreements, and provide first-line support for IT applications.

Tochukwu Sunday Onodu began their education journey in 2009 at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) in Enugu, Nigeria. Tochukwu Sunday pursued a field of study in Computer Science and Computer Engineering and completed their Higher National Diploma (HND) and obtained certification during their time at the institute from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Onodu has also attained various certifications. In 2012, they acquired the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) certification from Cisco. Tochukwu Sunday further enhanced their professional skills and knowledge by obtaining the Certified Network Security Specialist (CNSS) certification from the International CyberSecurity Institute (ICSI) in the United Kingdom in August 2020. Tochukwu Sunday took multiple certifications related to global health crises in April 2020, including COVID-19: Operational Planning Guidelines and COVID-19 Partners Platform to support country preparedness and response from the World Health Organization (WHO), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) for Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) from WHO, and Introduction to Poliomyelitis and the Global Polio Eradication Initiative, also from WHO.

Onodu's dedication to continuous learning is evident through their diverse range of certifications, which have contributed to their expertise in computer science, computer engineering, network security, digital marketing, and global health crisis management.
