Kris Huynh

VP - Technical Services at ComputerCare

Kris Huynh has a diverse and extensive work experience in the tech industry. Starting in 2006, Kris worked at Flextronics as a Quality Control, Production Clerk, and Assembly technician until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Kris worked at PCS-CTS as a Computer Technician, specializing in laptop troubleshooting, component replacement, and soldering. Kris was also a part of the NPI team for Apple Depot in Houston, Texas, and received recognition for outstanding performance.

In 2013, Kris joined ComputerCare and has held various roles since then. Kris started as a Hardware Repair Technician, responsible for repairing hardware components. Kris then moved up to the position of HQ Technical Supervisor in 2015, overseeing technical operations at the company's headquarters. In 2017, Kris became a Technical Services Manager, managing a team and ensuring high-quality technical services were provided. Kris further advanced to the role of Senior Manager of Technical Services in 2018, leading a larger team and contributing to the overall operations. In 2021, Kris was promoted to Director of Technical Operations, responsible for overseeing all technical operations within the company. Kris's most recent position is Vice President - Technical Services, a role that commenced in May 2022, where Kris is responsible for leading and strategizing technical services at ComputerCare.

Kris Huynh completed their high school education and obtained a Highschool Diploma from La Quinta Highschool between the years 2001 and 2003. They then pursued further education at ITT Technical Institute from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Electronics Engineering Technologies.
