Khin Khaing

Khin Khaing is an experienced Engineering Operations Manager and Project Manager currently with Compnow since July 2018, holding previous roles such as Service Desk Manager and Service Desk Technician. Khin possesses ITIL 4 certification and has extensive experience in managing IT service operations, including monitoring tickets and major incidents, as well as providing customer support. Prior to Compnow, Khin served as Mac Genius at Apple, delivering technical support and exceptional customer service. Initial career roles included Team Leader at Nando's Australia, Network Support at The Univex Group, and Network Engineer Intern at Epoch Labs. Khin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology. Skills include expertise in various IT systems and tools such as Jamf, ConnectWise, Microsoft Office 365, Gsuite, and technical troubleshooting.
