Lee Steel

Lee Steel has a strong background in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering. They began their career as an HR Graduate at Nestle S.A. in 2001. After that, they worked at Nestlé UK & I, where they served as a Continuous Excellence Champion and later as a Senior HR Business Partner. In 2013, they moved to Arla Foods amba as a Senior HR Business Partner. Following that, they joined HML as Head of HR in 2015. In 2016, they joined Computershare Loan Services as an HR Director. Currently, they are the Global Head of Business Partnering at Computershare, starting in 2019.

Lee Steel attended The University of Edinburgh from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Studies.
