Dominic Dennis has over two decades of experience in account management and investor engagement. Beginning a career at Innisfree M&A as an Account Manager from January 2000 to December 2003, Dominic then continued in the same role at HQB Partners from January 2004 to December 2009. From January 2010 to July 2019, Dominic served as a Senior Account Manager at Georgeson, providing advisory services to UK and Irish listed companies on matters such as AGM/EGMs, shareholder activism, proxy fights, and M&A. Currently, Dominic holds the position of Head of Product at Computershare, focusing on investor engagement since May 2025. Dominic is an alumnus of Latymer Upper School.
