Greg Rakhlin

Greg Rakhlin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the FP&A Director of Global Technology and Operations at Computershare since April 2024. Prior to this role, Rakhlin held various leadership positions at Morgan Stanley from May 2011 to 2023, including Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, where significant contributions were made to divisional budgeting and managing an annual spend exceeding $1.5 billion. Rakhlin's previous experience includes senior roles at Citi Group, HSBC, and RBC Capital Markets, specializing in product management, balance sheet management, and international equity derivative product control. Rakhlin holds an MBA in Finance and Banking from Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from the University at Albany.
