Jay Foley

Jay Foley serves as Managing Director at Computershare, overseeing Plans Management for the UK and Europe since June 2013. In addition, Jay has been a Board Member at the Global Equity Organization since June 2010. Prior experience includes a Managing Director role at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney from June 2009 to June 2013, where responsibilities encompassed all facets of Global Stock Plan Services in the UK and Europe. Jay also held the position of Managing Director at Citigroup from 2000 to June 2009, leading the business development and operations for Global Stock Plan Services in Europe and successfully acquiring large multinational clients. Earlier career experience includes a Vice President role at First Chicago Trust Co from 1989 to 2000, focusing on management reporting and operational risk. Jay Foley earned a BA in International Relations from Tulane University and completed studies in International Law, History, and Literature at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
