Karen Florance

Karen Florance is an experienced Change Management Specialist at Computershare since November 2012, where responsibilities include developing policies and procedures for changes in the production IT environment and ensuring compliance. Prior to this role, Karen served as a Business Analyst/Project Manager at BNY Mellon from June 2001 to January 2012 and as a Senior Systems Analyst at Neuman Distributors, designing and implementing warehouse and inventory management systems. Earlier career positions include Systems Analyst at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Senior Systems Designer at the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Karen holds a BA in Economics from Montclair State University and has additional educational experience from Saint Elizabeth University and Rutgers University.
